My Story

I grew up on a small dairy farm in Ridgeland, Wisconsin.  Milking, haying, picking rock and the great outdoors were a huge part of my younger years.  Early on, my passion was business.  In fact, I used to set up my own desk downstairs next to my dads and use his "junk mail" from the garbage to set up my own "office" space.  I dreamed of my own office in a high rise of a major US City for years.

Next step was college at UW-Eau Claire where I earned a Bachelors in Marketing with an International Business emphasis.  Opportunities in the organization of AIESEC, an internship at the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce and traveling helped shape my journey into the work force.

The coming years led to careers with companies like Charter Communications and Jack Links Beef Jerky, along with work at several start up companies.  In 2017 I began my own company, The Virtual Bee.  This company worked exclusively with small businesses to consult and create any and all marketing efforts.  The Virtual Bee continues today offering marketing services for small to medium size businesses.

A couple years ago, a friend asked for help with a business plan for an idea she was considering.  She wanted to open a CBD shop in a neighboring town.  I had heard of CBD and Hemp but never researched any further.  As soon as I gathered information for the business plan, I fell in LOVE with the product, opportunities and health benefits!  With a little digging I found my passion grow and knew this was a product I wanted to help share with the world.  The stars aligned when our family realized we had interest, knowledge, education and experience that was ready to unite.  A farming background, natural green thumbs (which I am not one of), a marketing consultant, connections to amazing products and genetics and available family farm land...led to the decision to pursue our passions!

REN Elements was created!

I would love to hear from you!
